Living life delightfully is to let pleasure take over us, and let the small and trivial events in our lives just be with few expectations. The delight is directly connected to our bodies and is a free pass to joy.

Time plays a fundamental role in pleasure and in delight. Sometimes it is the unexpected that delights us. Other times we find pleasure in our ordinary surrounding, like the girl in the photo bathing in the muddy water.

Today, we live in a world that shows us pleasure like excitement or ecstasies. Not only are these temporary but something like a goal to achieve. So we live a pleasant experience and then we jump right into another without taking a breath. It seems like if we stop, the pleasure will go and misery will take over.

What I am talking about when I say pleasure, or delight, it is about that deliberate, easy, possible and enjoyable activity in which time plays a fundamental role so we can find the details that will deepen the pleasure, and the experience can be expanded to all our senses.

Pleasure is a important need in our lives and there is no use to ignore it, or increase it, or transform it. We only need to expand our pleasurable experiences to all our senses. So we can store them in our memories for times when we will need to remember them.

Live your life delightfully and pay attention to the details around you, you will find a world that you haven´t been in.
