We are so caught up with our productive lives that to take a pause seems like a waste of time; however, is it?

To take a pause is an active way to be alive, it’s about stopping and letting go, so we can walk lighter. We are in the moment: listening, smelling, breathing, feeling and seeing so we can be aware of what is happening to us and around us.
By pausing, we become conscious and willing to be curious, so we can connect deeply to that moment particular.
We can go deep into ourselves and explore events, emotions and memories that will allow us to dig into the individual that we are, our real identity.
By taking a pause, we can also stop the time, and just be where we are with no questions, no answers, and no expectations; just being.
Taking time to pause is taking time for us.
Why would we do it?
Because we can reach deep contentment, because it is a transformational act that will take us to whom we really are, because it is an act of compassion towards others and ourselves, and because it is a practice that will last our lifetime.
Let´s enjoy the pause!
